Refund policy
At Adorned Bijoux, each piece is thoughtfully created with care and intention. Because many of our items are custom and made-to-order, we have a limited return policy.
Custom & Personalized Items
All personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Non-Personalized Items
We accept returns on non-personalized items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@adornedbijoux.com. Be sure to include your order number and a clear photo of the item. We will gladly make it right.
Order Accuracy
Please double-check all custom details (spelling, dates, medical information, etc.) before placing your order. Adorned Bijoux is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
Processing Time
All items are made with care. Please allow 3-4 business days for processing before shipment.
