At Adorned Bijoux, each piece is made with care and intention. Because many of our items are custom and made-to-order, please review our shipping details below.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 weeks. This includes the time needed to create and prepare your piece before shipment.

Please note: Processing times may vary slightly depending on order volume, customization, or supplier timelines.

Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Tracking Information
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Delays
Adorned Bijoux is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. However, we will always do our best to support you if an issue arises.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
