How long will it take to receive my order?
Each piece is made just for you. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing, followed by 3–7 business days for shipping depending on your location.
Most orders are completed sooner, but we take our time to ensure your piece is crafted with care and intention.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Personalized items are final sale. Non-personalized items may be returned within 7 days if unworn and in original condition.
Can I customize my jewelry?
Yes. Customization is at the heart of Adorned Bijoux. Whether it’s a name, medical detail, or meaningful message, your piece is created to reflect you.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If there’s an issue, contact us within3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll make it right.
Will the jewelry tarnish or fade?
Our bracelets are crafted from 316L surgical-grade stainless steel, known for its strength, durability, and long-lasting quality.
They are:
- Waterproof & tarnish-resistant
- Hypoallergenic (safe for sensitive skin)
- Designed for everyday wear without easily breaking
Many pieces also feature an added PVD coating for enhanced color and durability.
For best results, we still recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to harsh chemicals to keep your piece looking its best.
